The Advanced Open Water Diver course is all about advancing your skills. You'll practice navigation and buoyancy, try deep diving and make three specialty dives of your choosing (it's like a specialty sampler platter). For every specialty dive you complete, you can earn credit toward PADI^® specialty certifications.

Here are a few of the many options: Deep, Digital Underwater Photography, Dive Against Debris, Dry Suit, Enriched Air Nitrox, Fish Identification, Night, Peak Performance Buoyancy, Search & Recovery, Underwater Naturalist, Underwater Navigation, and Wreck Diver.

PADI Tec 40 Diver eLearning is a convenient way for student divers to complete the independent study portion of their Tec 40 Diver or Tec 40 Trimix Diver course from a laptop/desktop computer or mobile device. The best experience is to study online, however, if students find themselves without internet for periods (such as when commuting or traveling) or have inconsistent, poor internet services, they can download content to study offline via the PADI Training app. The PADI Training app is available for Apple® iOS devices and AndroidTM devices. It’s best if devices are no more than three generations old. Content can be downloaded in sections for download convenience with a total file size of approximately 167 MB. PADI Tec 40 Diver eLearning provides the knowledge divers need to begin their journey as a technical divers. Divers learn how technical diving differs from recreational diving, along with the risks, equipment requirements, skills, techniques and attitude it takes become a technical diver. Technical dive planning, gas planning, managing oxygen exposure and decompression, and more are covered in the interactive eLearning environment. PADI Tec 40 Diver eLearning is also used for the Tec 40 Trimix Diver course. An additional trimix section, Knowledge Review and Exam provide the background knowledge divers need to train using trimix during the course. PADI Tec 40 Diver eLearning includes all of the required study materials for the Tec 40 Diver and Tec 40 Trimix Diver courses including: - Seven required and one optional independent study sections. - Introduction to Trimix section for the Tec 40 Trimix Diver course - All assessments (Exercise Questions, Knowledge Reviews, Exams and eRecord) - Tec Dive Planning sheet, Tec Diver Predive Checklist and TecRec Emergency Procedures sheet (pdfs)

PADI ReActivate eLearning is an engaging, prescriptive refresher of basic scuba principles and procedures. Using a laptop/desktop computer or mobile device, divers answer questions based on common diving scenarios, and if correct and confident with the answers, they can move on to the next section, or review additional background information for more detail and insight. ReActivate eLearning also includes is a video review of scuba skills, and optional sections that refresh RDP use and enriched air diving procedures. The best experience is to study online, however, if divers find themselves without internet for periods (such as when commuting or traveling) or have inconsistent, poor internet services, they can download content to study offline via the PADI Training app. The PADI Training app is available for Apple® iOS devices and AndroidTM devices. It’s best if devices are no more than three generations old. Content can be downloaded in sections for download convenience with a total file size of approximately 866 MB. Both PADI Divers and divers certified through other organizations can use ReActivate eLearning to refresh and update their scuba knowledge. After working their way through the 20 sections covering critical concepts, including Self Quizzes that confirm learning, divers complete the ReActivate Quick Review, which verifies overall understanding. Divers are then ready to complete the inwater portion of ReActivate. Similar to other eLearning products, ReActivate eLearning includes card processing.
